| KnowledgePoint has managed two large training projects for a Government department.
And when we say large … we mean large! Some 6,500 Government department employees were being trained in the use of two new computer programmes. The training company involved was Xpertise Computacentre.
The Requirement
Deliver the courseware related to a large training project for a Government Department to a specific budget and timeline for approx 2500 users. This particular Government Department were looking to train 2500 employees in a consolidated programme. In order to do this, they contracted Xpertise Computacenter to project manage and deliver the training. As the nominated supplier to Xpertise Computacenter, KnowledgePoint were asked to design and source the hard copy training components. The product had to meet specific demands on user friendliness, visibility and environmental kindness.
What we did
By working closely with Xpertise Computacenter to understand the needs for the courseware, a format was designed which addressed each criteria set by the Government Department whilst meeting the total budget for the project. By combining new product materials and designs, KnowledgePoint ensured high quality in product with ease of delivery for the instructor and delegates.
Result
The materials were delivered in the required quantities to each Government site as required within the timeframes and budget allocated. Where required, extra’s were available for later ordering.
Testimonial
“Xpertise has worked with KnowledgePoint for many years providing training support materials for our projects and they have always been produced to a high standard. For this recent project, we wanted to provide something innovative but also environmentally friendly and KnowledgePoint were able to advise in this area providing us with three options that met both price and quality requirements. The packs that were produced have been well received by the user community and have contributed to the overall success of the project.”
