This is why we provide a ten-strong dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives who track each client order to make sure everything is as it should be. Their concern is that each stage is completed on time and as per client expectations … right through to delivery to the training site.

KnowledgePoint Customer Service Representatives make a point of keeping their client-side opposite number informed. This means that all involved remain confident that the job is accurate and delivered on time to the right location. It’s an approach which saves time and stress for supplier and client alike!

Our client survey confirms the high standards we achieve. A summary of the main points includes (on a scale of 0 – 5, where ‘0 - 1’ represent ‘poor’ markings and ‘4 - 5’ represent ‘excellent’ service):

  • a score of 4 or above for all 14 of our hygiene factor questions including speed and professionalism of response, efficient order processing and meeting file setup deadlines
  • a score of 4 or above for all eight of our product related questions including a marking of 4.5 or over for the quality of kit packaging, delivery process, kit condition on delivery and overall impression of the KnowledgePoint product
  • a 4.25 rating for on-line order tool reliability
  • a score of 4.5 or above for all five of our accuracy and deadline management questions including accuracy in despatched goods content and quantity.
When asked on a scale of 1 to 10 how likely it would be that survey respondents would recommend KnowledgePoint to a friend or colleague the average response was an impressive 8.25. Finally, all KnowledgePoint survey respondents confirmed the continued improvement of our overall quality of service.
