We are looking for a full time experienced administrator who has previously worked in a customer support centre, or an equivalent environment, to provide high quality operational, database administration and process management support for the various Partner Programs managed by KnowledgePoint Connect. You will be required to deliver excellent customer service, and proactively develop and build relationships with the Partner Programs, collating and compiling data for management reports for presentation. You will contribute directly to Connect’s agreed targets and Service Level Expectations and be committed to the Company’s aims and objectives.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- enable the Partners ensuring that they are properly onboarded
- gather Partner data information via systems, email and phone
- ensure that our Partner records are up to date and correct
- promote sales of services/solutions from Connect (online training, courseware, certification, etc)
- improve KnowledgePoint Connect’s understanding of business/program challenges and opportunities both within the Academic and Commercial space.
This is a responsible position which requires a positive attitude, a conscientious approach, and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision. You must also be able to work under pressure as part of a busy, successful team; be able to plan, prioritise, schedule and manage a number of tasks concurrently meeting set deadlines; be an effective communicator, building partnerships at all levels of the business; and be able to initiate and manage projects and tasks, utilising the available resource, and seeing them through to conclusion.
The ideal candidate will have evidence of working in business to business relationships, ideally with channel partners. You will also ideally have been involved in the organisation and delivery of events, exhibitions, or similar, and have managed and updated websites and social media content. Evidence of having worked with Partner programs in the Commercial and Academic space would also be an advantage.
You must be highly focused ensuring excellent attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You must also be skilled at drafting professional emails in a business context and have managed and updated CRM or similar customer management systems. Essential is the ability to communicate both written and verbally in English, although European or MEA language skills, particularly Polish or Russian, in addition, would be beneficial.
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
This role may require some international travel, as and when agreed with the Program Manager
