Paul Gibbons – Business Development Director Paul is one of the co-founders of KnowledgePoint and has been involved in the development of global digital print solutions for the last 23 years. As his title suggests, Paul drives KnowledgePoint’s marketing strategy, which includes the identification of new product development, service and market opportunities.
Andre Philpot – Operations Director Andre is KnowledgePoint’s other co-founder. With over 25 years experience across a variety of roles in the ‘on-demand’ print industry, Andre’s role as Operations Director is the driving force behind KnowledgePoint’s operational excellence as well as innovation and efficiencies across the business - providing the platform to support product development and new services.
Neil Georgeson – Sales and Customer Services Manager Neil can call upon over ten years experience in Customer Service, Business Development and General Management in his role as Sales and Customer Services Manager. He leads the KnowledgePoint sales team in developing the most appropriate solutions for current and future customers.
Richard Vicary – Technical Manager Ten years experience in Customer Service and Technical Development makes Richard ideally placed to lead system development at KnowledgePoint. He also has responsibility for IT infrastructure and delivers continuous improvement for the business through implementing technology-based solutions.
Daniel Hadleigh – Operations Manager Daniel has worked for over 16 years in on-demand print and fulfilment operational roles. As Operations Manager, Daniel effects production improvements and efficiencies by implementing lean management techniques, world class manufacturing practices and identifying new or complementary equipment.
